The practice of Breema emphasizes what is right with us. We are alive and part of one whole, dynamic, ever-changing life process. Forgetting this, we experience dis-ease and think our job is to fight against it or try to eliminate it. It doesn’t occur to us that this actually increases our discomfort and our separation from life. Doing Self-Breema exercises and working with Breema’s Nine Principles of Harmony create an opportunity for us to experience this movement toward health, vitality, and connection to life.
The class may involve kneeling or lying on the floor. Please wear comfortable clothing, and you will need an area that has a carpet, yoga mat, or padding to support Body Comfortable.
